Financial Crisis Explainer Video

Project Overview

This project uses the supplied long-form finance video as a portfolio case study for YouTube automation editing. The final portfolio upload uses a compressed short excerpt instead of the original 2.3 GB file. Source: supplied local portfolio video. The uploaded MP4 is a compressed excerpt, not the original full-size file.

Editorial Challenge

Finance explainers need credibility, pacing, and clarity. The edit has to keep abstract macroeconomic ideas understandable without feeling like a static lecture.

Visual Direction

Dark editorial finance style with sharp contrast, chart-like rhythm, documentary seriousness, and restrained cinematic motion.

Editing Approach

The portfolio cut focuses on the opening flow, clean information density, serious pacing, and a polished finance-channel cover board for quick scanning.
